Our services include in-office medication management, psychotherapy, extensive collaboration with family, caregivers and other healthcare providers, and even in-home visits when needed. These are just a few examples of our concierge offerings.

Essentials Package: Maintenance of Stability
•In office medication management appointments
•In home appoints as necessary*
•Care coordination with care management team
•Regularly scheduled specific treatment planning with care management team
•Collaboration with outside providers: medical, dietary, fitness
•Continuous communication with care management team without limit via secure message systems
•Priority access to appointments
•Crisis management services and after hours contact billed for separately
•Comprehensive multi session intake including interviews with patient, family, care management team, current and past providers, along with records review is scheduled and billed separately.

•Direct contact with provider during normal business hours via text, email, and mobile phone
•Brief urgent after hours contact with provider included
•In office medication management appointments
•In home appointments as necessary*
•Care coordination with care management team
•Regularly scheduled specific treatment planning with care management team
•Collaboration with outside providers: medical, dietary, fitness
•Continuous communication with care management team without limit via secure message systems
•Priority access appointments
